1. HubFit Onboarding Required
Before beginning any Refuse2LoseFIT coaching program, clients must complete all required onboarding forms inside HubFit, including health screening, waiver, coaching agreement, and applicable consent forms. Coaching does not begin until onboarding is complete.
2. Exercise And Training Carry Risk
Exercise, strength training, conditioning, mobility work, cardio, and in-person training carry risk of injury. Possible risks include soreness, strains, sprains, falls, equipment-related incidents, aggravation of existing conditions, illness, or other unexpected outcomes.
3. Voluntary Participation
Clients voluntarily participate in Refuse2LoseFIT coaching, workouts, nutrition habits, check-ins, and related activities. Clients are responsible for choosing whether to participate and for using judgment based on their body, environment, equipment, and health status.
4. Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose injuries, medical conditions, medications, limitations, pain, pregnancy, prior surgeries, or changes in health that may affect training safety.
Failure to disclose relevant information may increase risk and may affect whether coaching can continue safely.
5. Stop Immediately If Something Feels Unsafe
Clients must stop immediately if they experience chest pain, dizziness, sharp pain, unusual shortness of breath, faintness, numbness, symptoms that do not feel normal, or any concern that training is unsafe.
Seek medical help when symptoms are serious, unusual, or concerning.
6. Safety Decisions
Refuse2LoseFIT may modify, pause, or stop training if safety is a concern, if required onboarding forms are incomplete, if the client reports symptoms that need medical attention, or if the training environment is unsafe.
7. Minors
Parent or guardian consent is required for minors. A parent or guardian may need to complete onboarding, consent, waiver, and health screening forms before participation is approved.
