What exactly is Refuse2LoseFIT?
Refuse2LoseFIT is Niko's online coaching brand built around custom training, nutrition structure, and accountability. The goal is to help serious people stop guessing, follow a clear plan, and build discipline that carries beyond the gym.
Is this right for beginners?
Absolutely. Refuse2LoseFIT can be built around your current fitness level, including beginners who have never followed a structured program before. What matters is your commitment to the process. If you're willing to show up consistently and trust the structure, the plan can meet you where you are.
What makes you different from other online coaches?
Three things: structure, accountability, and standards. You are not handed a random plan and left to figure it out. The coaching is built to give you clear direction, practical targets, and honest accountability so you know exactly what to execute next.
How long are the programs?
Programs are typically structured in 12-week blocks and billed monthly. Most clients see meaningful results within 6–8 weeks, and continue beyond 12 weeks to deepen those results or pursue new goals. There is no long-term contract — you're in control. That said, sustainable transformation takes time, and we recommend committing to at least 12 weeks for optimal results.

Which program should I choose?
Apply and we'll recommend the right tier based on your goals and lifestyle. As a general guide: FOUNDATION IGNITE is ideal if you want structure and weekly check-ins. PERFORMANCE GRIND is for stronger guidance, training progressions, nutrition targets, and accountability. ELITE DOMINATE is for deeper coaching and higher support.
Are there contracts or minimum commitments?
No long-term contracts. All plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. We earn your trust every month — not through contracts. We do recommend committing to at least 12 weeks for meaningful results, which we'll discuss on your onboarding call.
Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?
We offer a complimentary strategy call before you commit to any program, so you can make a fully informed decision. We don't offer a money-back guarantee, but we do offer complete transparency before you start — detailed program previews, an honest conversation about expectations, and a clear sense of what you're signing up for. We take on clients we believe we can genuinely help.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, absolutely. You can start with FOUNDATION IGNITE to build the habit and discipline base, then upgrade to PERFORMANCE GRIND or ELITE DOMINATE once you're ready for more support. Upgrading is simple and can be handled at your next billing cycle.
Training & Nutrition
Do I need a gym membership?
Not necessarily. We design programs for fully-equipped gyms, home gyms with minimal equipment, and everything in between. When you apply, we'll ask about your equipment availability and build your program accordingly. We've helped clients transform in hotel rooms, apartment gyms, and full commercial facilities — the equipment is secondary to the programming and effort.
Do I have to follow a strict diet?
We use flexible nutrition principles, not rigid diet plans. You'll receive macro and calorie targets, food quality guidelines, and timing strategies — but we don't dictate exactly what you eat every meal. This approach is more sustainable, more enjoyable, and equally effective. Clients with specific dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences are fully accommodated.
How many days per week will I need to train?
Training frequency is fully customized. Most clients train 3–5 days per week, but we've designed effective 2-day programs for those with extremely limited time. We build around your realistic schedule — not an ideal one. The best program is the one you can actually follow consistently.
Logistics
How does online coaching work day-to-day?
Your program is delivered through our client portal. You'll receive your full training program, nutrition guidelines, and all resources in one place. Weekly check-ins are done via a structured form — you send us your stats, photos, energy levels, and any questions. We review your data, adjust the plan if needed, and respond within the turnaround time for your tier. Elite and VIP clients also communicate via WhatsApp or equivalent for real-time questions.
Do you coach clients outside the US?
Yes. Online coaching can work from anywhere as long as you can communicate consistently, complete check-ins, and follow your plan. Time zones can be worked around because much of the process is asynchronous.
How do I cancel?
Send your coach or our support email a cancellation request before your next billing date and you won't be charged. No questions, no pushback. We'd rather you cancel cleanly and come back when the timing is right than stay enrolled while half-committed. We do ask that you complete a brief exit survey so we can improve — but that's entirely optional.
