Refuse2LoseFIT provides fitness coaching, habit coaching, accountability, general wellness support, and general nutrition guidance to help clients build structure, discipline, and consistency.

Refuse2LoseFIT does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or registered dietitian services.

Information provided through the website, HubFit, forms, coaching messages, workouts, check-ins, and nutrition guidance is for fitness, education, and general wellness support only.

Nutrition guidance is general and educational. It may include habits, basic food quality guidance, accountability, meal structure, macro targets, hydration, and general supplement education when appropriate.
